David Caiado , is a professional footballer who plays for Tavriya Simferopol (in Ukraine, next season Russian Premier League) and before at PFC Beroe Stara Zagora in Bulgaria, his main position is winger.
Born in Luxembourg, David moved at the age of 14 to Portugal where he joined Sporting Clube de Portugal.
He made his debut as a professional at Sporting Clube de Portugal, coming on as a late substitute for Rodrigo Tello in a 2–3 away loss against S.C. Braga on 7 January 2006.
He subsequently spent two seasons on loan to G.D. Estoril Praia in the second division, being scarcely played during his stint mainly due to a serious injury.
In June 2008 Caiado joined C.D. Trofense which had just been promoted to the top level. He played in half of the league games in his first year.
In 2009 David was on a loan to Ekstraklasa club Zagłębie Lubin. He returned to Trofa in the following transfer window, he played 17 contests for both clubs combined.
In the summer of 2010, Caiado joined Olympiakos Nicosia in the Cypriot First Division. Due to his perfect apparances in the Cypriot league, he got soon recognized by the scouts of Beroe.
On 29 December 2011 he moved to PFC Beroe Stara Zagora in Bulgaria. He made his Bulgarian A Professional Football Group debut in a 0–3 defeat at PFC Ludogorets Razgrad on 3 March 2012; two weeks later he scored his first competitive goal for his new team, against PSFC Chernomorets Burgas, ending his first season with 13 matches and six goals.
David can play offensive midfield, and on both wings.
